It is moderately priced at around $400. For a stylish look there is a Bahia style also by Minka Aire. The blades are petal-shaped and have a dark trim. The metal finish is bronze. It is priced at about $450. To complete the look of elegance in a living room there is a Colonial Bamboo by Hampton Bay with pewter finish, pineapple-shaped glass light fixture and five bamboo blades in dark mahogany finish. There are many unique styles that will fit any decor.

If you have a ceiling fan and don't want to buy a new one, you can buy blades that attach to the fan you already own. There are intricately carved or hand-woven bamboo blades in various colors and shapes to add tropical ambiance to any room. A bamboo ceiling fan will not only help to create a unique style in the room but it will help you feel warmer in winter and cooler in summer. Large blades will effectively distribute warm air in the room and keep it cooler in the summer, thus making your house ecologically friendly.
